BUCYRUS—The National Weather Service has issued a forecast for this weekend that includes a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms in the region, with precipitation probabilities ranging from 20% to 90%.
On Saturday, there will be a slight chance of showers between noon and 2pm, followed by a slight chance of showers and thunderstorms after 2pm. The day will be partly sunny, with a high near 80, and a southwest wind of 5 to 7 mph. The chance of precipitation is 20%.
Saturday night will be partly cloudy, with a low around 59, and a south wind of around 7 mph.
On Sunday, there will be a chance of showers before 11am, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms between 11am and 2pm, and finally showers and possibly a thunderstorm after 2pm. The high will be near 75, with a south wind of 8 to 18 mph. The chance of precipitation is 90%, and new rainfall amounts are expected to be between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except for higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
Sunday night will bring showers and possibly a thunderstorm before 8pm, followed by a chance of showers and thunderstorms, mainly between 8pm and 2am. The low will be around 40, with a breezy southwest wind of 16 to 20 mph. The chance of precipitation is 80%, and new rainfall amounts are expected to be between a tenth and quarter of an inch, except for higher amounts possible in thunderstorms.
