The Bucyrus Secondary School will host a Holiday Community Luncheon for all senior citizens in Crawford County beginning at 11:30 a.m. Friday, December 20.
“This meal used to be a tradition at the high school,” Secondary School Student Advocate Beth Constantine said. “This is an opportunity for community members and students to interact with one another, and for our district to show our appreciation for the support of our senior citizens.”
Students and guests will dine in the high school commons area. The Middle School and High School Choirs will provide entertainment during the luncheon.
“This event is an opportunity for us to invite our community inside our walls to showcase all the wonderful things our students do,” Secondary School Principal Dr. Mark Burke said. “It is important for us to honor and thank these community members who helped make Bucyrus great, and it is a chance for us to give back to a generation that has given so much to our schools and community.”
Reservations are required to attend the luncheon. Call the High School office at 419-562-7721 by Friday, December 13 to reserve your seat today. For additional information, please contact Beth Constantine at bconstantine@bucyrusschools.org or 419-562-7721.
