Crawford: 20/20 Vision’s Summer SPARK 2: Employee Engagement will be held Tuesday, July 15 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Bucyrus Public Library.

Taught by Kelly Petrock of Acloche, SPARK 2 will focus on the high-performance work climate– employee engagement, motivation and development. It also will include discussions on:

• The needs of today’s multi-generational workforce.
• The health and functioning of your work climate, and actions you can take to improve it.
• How to effectively measure employee engagement, and best practices for maximum benefit and impact.

The second in a series of three, SPARK stands for Supervisors Promoting Awareness, Responsibility and Knowledge, and is a special edition of our Business Success and Job Availability Action Team’s Supervisor Boot Camp.
