Kevin A. Gibson, 37, of Galion was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine , a second-degree felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

GALION — The Galion Police Department, with the assistance of the Crawford County Special Response Team, searched a Boyd Boulevard residence on Tuesday resulting in two arrests.

A search warrant, which was the result of an extensive drug investigation, was served at the residence on Tuesday afternoon. During the search, officers were able to seize approximately 40 grams of crystal methamphetamine, a firearm, drug paraphernalia and some cash.

Kevin A. Gibson, 37, 710 Boyd Boulevard was arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine , a second-degree felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Christan G. Symsick, 36, of Galion was arrested on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, a third-degree felony.

Christan G. Symsick, 36, same address, was arrested on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, a third-degree felony. Both were taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held.

“These arrests were a culmination of an investigation of information developed through several sources,” said Galion Police Chief Brian Saterfield. “This is another case of joint cooperation between Crawford County Law Enforcement to combat the drug issues in our County.”

The results of the investigation will be forwarded to the Crawford County Prosecutor’s Office for filing of formal charges against both suspects.
