The June 10, 2014 program for the Bucyrus Area Safety Council meeting will be “The Active Shooter” by Chief David Koepke of the Bucyrus Police Department. The program will take place at Bucyrus Community Hospital,629 North Sandusky Avenue, Bucyrus.

Eighty-seven local companies are currently participating in this program. Membership is open to all area residents and businesses. New for this 2014-2015 year, a four percent rebate is available for active Safety Council participation and now two percent rebates are available for Group rated companies.
The Bucyrus Safety Council is effort by the Ohio Bureau of Workman’s Compensation and the Bucyrus Chamber of Commerce providing local safety training to businesses, industries and municipalities.
