Su Rowles, the executive director of The NOAH Project, was named the Crawford County 2014 Outstanding Senior Citizen by the Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging.
Rowles has been The NOAH Project’s executive director for 14 years. She continues to advocate for senior rights and community development for people of all ages.
The NOAH Project supervised construction of Faith Community which is a senior housing development on Oldfield Road in Crestline.
