BUCYRUS – Robert A. Skaggs was due to be in court today, but failed to show up. Skaggs had previously been found guilty by a jury for crimes of telecommunications harassment, and menacing by stalking. His personal recognizance bond was continued, and the matter was sent for sentencing today. The court time was set for 3:15 pm and the court waited until 3:45 pm. Email sent today to Skaggs was not answered and calls to his phone did not go through. There was a search for Skaggs in the Courthouse, but he was not located.

Skaggs violated the terms and conditions of his personal recognizance bond. The court revoked Skaggs’ personal recognizance bond and issued a warrant for his arrest.
