BUCYRUS — Various roads are closed in Crawford County due to flooding in the area. Much of the flooding is caused by melting snow and ice and recent rains.
According to the Bucyrus Police Department, North Lane Street between Mary and Plymouth streets are closed due to the flooding of the Sandusky River.
There were reports of a vehicle driving through the water before stalling. Water has taken over the soccer fields in the area.

The road now is closed at the end of the streets.

The Crawford County Sheriff’s Office has reported two road closures due to flooding.
Ohio 19 at Brokensword Creek, where the water was reportedly more than one foot deep, and Bethel Road between Lemert and Spore-Brandywine roads.

Motorists are encouraged to not drive through high standing water.
