WYANDOT COUNTY: Highway construction update
Week of Aug. 21, 2023
The following construction projects are anticipated to affect highways in Wyandot County next week. All outlined work is weather permitting.
U.S. 30 PROJECTS
U.S. 30 westbound ramp to U.S. 23 southbound will close on Monday, July 17, for approximately 35 days for concrete repair.
TRAFFIC IMPACT
⢠Detour: Continue on U.S. 30 westbound to CR 330 (Old Lincoln Hwy/Wyandot Ave.) to U.S. 30 eastbound/U.S. 23 southbound, back to U.S. 23 southbound (see map).
State Route 231, just south of the U.S. 30 interchange, is open following a closure for a culvert replacement.
State Route 37 between the village of Forest and the village of Marseilles will have lane restrictions for chip seal operations.
State Route 103 between the village of Carey and the Hancock County line will have lane restrictions for chip seal operations.
Toledo Street bridge over Spring Run between E. North Street and Columbus Avenue in the village of Carey, which closed in 2021, a replacement project will begin on Monday, June 5. Reopening is now expected on approximately August 31.
