Due to the Martin Luther King holiday, the Crawford County Solid Waste Management District will be pulling the recycling trailers on Jan. 15. They will be returned on Jan. 19. The recycling center will be closed on Jan. 18. The landfill will be open normal operating hours of 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Saturday hours have changed at the landfill for the winter months. The gates will be open from 8 a.m. – 10 a.m. The hours will return to 8 a.m. – 12 p.m. when the weather warms and the traffic to the landfill picks up.
