On Tuesday, June 30 at 6 p.m. in Council Chambers 2nd Floor, 500 S Sandusky Avenue, Bucyrus, Ohio, a public hearing will be conducted by the Bucyrus City Council to consider several amendments to the Sign Code of the Bucyrus City Zoning Ordinance. This public hearing is in accordance with Bucyrus Codified Ordinances 1125.06, 1145.06 and Ohio Revised Code 713.12.
The Bucyrus City Platting Committee has recommended amendments to the Sign Code of the Bucyrus City Zoning Ordinance sections:
- 02 Definitions
- 03 Prohibited signs
- 06 Signs which do not require a permit
- 07 General requirements – temporary signs
- 08 General requirements – permanent signs
- 09 Nonconforming signs
The proposed zoning changes shall be on file for public examination in the office of the Zoning Administrator at City Hall.
