On Tuesday, Jan. 10, 2017, at 6:30 PM in Council Chambers 2nd Floor, 500 South Sandusky Avenue, Bucyrus, Ohio, a public hearing will be conducted by the Bucyrus City Council to consider permitting outdoor seating, including sidewalk seating, in the Downtown Business District, provided a Development Plan is prepared and approved by the Board of Zoning Appeals. This public hearing is in accordance with Bucyrus Codified Ordinances 1125.06, 1145.06 and Ohio Revised Code 713.12.
Draft legislation adding outdoor seating, including sidewalk seating, as a conditional use within the Downtown Business District in the City’s Planning and Zoning Code, shall be on file for public examination in the office of the Zoning Administrator at City Hall.
