Two men pleaded guilty to multiple felony drug charges but prison will not be in the sentence handed down for either one of them.

Forty-four-year-old Andrew Young of Bucyrus pleaded guilty on two counts of drug possession, both fifth-degree felonies. Young will be sentenced to five years on community control and ordered to enter a drug and alcohol treatment program. His driver’s license will be suspended for six months and he will be required to forfeit drug-related property seized to the Bucyrus Police Department.

Young was arrested in November after the Crawford County Special Response Team raided his home at 240 W. Mansfield St. in Bucyrus. The drug bust was a result from an investigation into drug possession, drug trafficking, and permitting drug abuse.

Twenty-two-year-old William Zeigler Jr. of Bucyrus also pleaded guilty to two counts of drug possession, incidents which occurred four months apart.

He will be also sentenced to community control for five years but will be placed on the court’s Intensive Supervision and Treatment program. His driver’s will be suspended for six months and he will be required to pay a $1,250 fine. Zeigler will also have to forfeit drug-related property seized to the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office and the Ohio State Highway Patrol.

Judge Sean Leuthold ordered pre-sentence investigations to be completed before continuing the bonds for both men.
