Dhanu Bhat, MD opened a primary care/internal medicine practice to treat patients 18 years and older in Crawford County. Her practice is located in the OhioHealth MedCentral Health Center, 1820 East Mansfield St., Bucyrus.
Dr. Bhat offers comprehensive physical exams, preventive, wellness and acute illness care, annual health screening exams, joint injections/aspirations, women’s healthcare services, and treatments for allergy and asthma.
She completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. Her initial medical training took place in her native country India where she worked at an outpatient clinic and emergency room in a 300-bed hospital. She also conducted medical camps in rural areas and encouraged health awareness in children. Her U.S. clinical externship was completed at Mercy Medical Center in Knoxville where she was a volunteer with the American Red Cross.
