BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The Crawford Success Center invites community members to experience a new approach to job searching, education, and local economic growth. Mark your calendars for the **“Rapid Response” Job Fair** on **Friday, November 7th, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.** at the Crawford Success Center.

This event will offer direct access to local job openings, as well as pathways to further education and skill development. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in on-site interviews and explore a variety of employment offerings.

Chris Copper, Vice President of the North Central State College Foundation and Development, emphasizes the importance of this initiative: “Thanks to the generosity of our community and the pressing need for displaced workers to secure meaningful employment, the Crawford Success Center is hosting a ‘Rapid Response’ Job Fair. The NCSC Foundation is committed to supporting adult learners through financial assistance as they upskill into in-demand roles, helping local employers fill critical positions.”

Local employers will be on-site and ready to hire, representing a wide range of industries seeking talent. Additionally, the NCSC Foundation will cover the cost for the first 10 students who register for our Community Drone Class—an exciting, tuition-free opportunity to learn new skills in a growing industry.

The Foundation is dedicated to creating opportunities for those seeking support, building a pipeline of skilled talent to meet the needs of local businesses and the community.
