A power outage was reported on and west of Route 4 south of Bucyrus.
According to the AEP Ohio outage map, 211 customers are without power and the estimated restoration time is 2 p.m.
The map also says there are less than five customers near Shrine Park without power as part of a planned company outage. No restoration time is listed for those customers.
AEP Ohio could not be directly contacted for comment.
