A 29-year-old Bucyrus woman pleaded guilty to four felony counts stemming from a check incident on Tuesday and is now slated to be on probation for the next five years.
Anissa Surgener pleaded guilty to two counts felony 5 theft and two counts of felony 5 forgery.
Judge Sean Leuthold accepted the prosecutor’s recommendation of five years on community control. Surgener was not prison eligible according to state sentencing criteria.
