The Planning Commission has scheduled a meeting for Monday, December 12th, 2016 at 4:00 p.m. to be held in Council Chambers of City Hall, located on the 2nd floor.

At the request of the Bucyrus City Council the City Planning Commission will review the following Zoning Amendment Applications:

  • The first, submitted by Avita Health System, is requesting to change the zoning designation of the following properties from Suburban Residential (R2) to General Business (GB): 301, 307, 311, 317 Hill Street, and 623 Pleasant Hill Drive. Additionally, they are requesting to change the zoning designation of 541 Plants Way from Urban Neighborhood Residential (R3) to General Business (GB).
  • The second application was submitted by Jason and Dawn Orewiler, owners of the Hometown Garage located at 117 E. Perry Street. They are requesting a change of zoning designations for the vacant lot behind their business, located at 334 N. Sandusky Avenue, from Apartment Residential (AR) to Downtown Business (DB).

In addition, other matters that may be submitted.
