It’s probably safe to say Streeter Clow’s first airplane crash was more than enough to last him a lifetime.
Clow was the pilot Thursday morning of a single engine plane that crashed near the Galion Municipal Airport shortly after takeoff. Neither Clow nor his passenger were injured.
Lt. Chad Enderby of the Mansfield Post of the Ohio State Patrol said that Clow’s plane took off and then inexplicably lost power. Clow’s attempt to land the plane in a field ended in a snow bank.
The FAA will inspect the plane.
