GALION―Galion Police assisted the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office with a traffic stop in the 500 block of Harding Way West late Tuesday evening.

A search of the vehicle was conducted and a bag of unmarked pills was located and drug paraphernalia was found on a female in the vehicle. The incident is under investigation.

12:51 a.m.-Officers assisted EMS personnel in the Public Square area.

8:54 a.m.-Officers assisted Richland County authorities in delivering a message to a resident in the 1100 block of Cornell Street.

9:08 a.m.-An employee of Wendy’s turned over a bag of prescription medication left by a customer the night before at the business.

1:04 a.m.-A license found on the sidewalk on Public Square was turned over to police.

2:05 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the 400 block of South Union Street and a woman was taken to Galion Community Hospital by an officer.

2:50 p.m.-A neighborhood dispute was investigated in the 400 block of Gill Avenue.

4:23 p.m.-A domestic dispute was investigated in the West Parson Street area and two people were issued warnings for disorderly conduct.

6:21 p.m.-A report of stalking was investigated in the 400 block of Wine Street.
