The Humane Society Serving Crawford County will be holding its annual Paws Walk on June 17.

This year’s event, which will be held on the Humane Society’s grounds, will feature a 5K race starting at 8:30 a.m. Registration will open at 8 a.m. The cost for the Paws Walk 5K is $20 for adults ages 19 and older or $15 for kids ages 18 and under. A registration form can be downloaded at crawfordhumane.com.

Registration for the Pedal for Paws bike ride will begin at 7:30 a.m. and the ride will race off at 8:30. There will be 12, 22, 40, or 60-mile bike rides with a registration fee of $25. The race will start and finish at Outhwaite Reservoir.

Dr. Stephen Hartz with the Crestline Animal Hospital will be holding a rabies and microchip clinic from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Costs for the clinic will be $10 for a rabies shot and $15 for a microchip.
