Marion – Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers have charged a Morral man with operating a motor vehicle under the influence, he has four prior OVI convictions. On September 3, 2020, Dana K. Bickle was driving a vehicle that was stopped for a speed violation on Neff Street in the Village of Morral. Trooper observed signs of impairment and he was subsequently arrested for operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
Mr. Bickle was arraigned in the Marion Municipal Court on September 8, 2020, where he entered a plea of not guilty. A pre-trial has been set for October 16, 2020.
