A woman was taken by Med Flight as the result of a one vehicle accident Tuesday morning.
According to the Bucyrus Police Department, the accident occurred in the 200 block of Woodlawn Avenue when a 33-year-old female driver from Galion collided with a tree. The passenger, a 48-year-old Bucyrus woman, was injured in the accident, requiring Med Flight.
The Bucyrus Police Department believed the driver to allegedly have been impaired. No names have been released at this time and the accident remains under investigation.
Editor’s note: This story originally stated that Life Flight transported the passenger. It has since been corrected to reflect that the passenger was taken to the hospital by Med Flight.
