The Crawford Park District is looking for volunteers to help clear out downed trees at Heckert Nature Preserve. They welcome all volunteers but are especially looking for those who can provide chainsaws. Anyone interested in volunteering to clean out Heckert should call Crawford Park District Director Bill Fisher at 419-683-9000 by the end of the business day on Friday.
