Bucyrus Middle School students in Nathan Hill’s physical education classes are taking their physical fitness to a new level thanks to activity trackers.

The Bucyrus Athletics Department is continuing a time-honored tradition in the district. Members of the Boys and Girls Basketball, Wrestling and Swimming teams, along with the cheerleaders and Bucyrus High School Pep Band, will participate in a pep rally at Bucyrus Elementary School Jan. 20.

Guilty pleas to diverse charges in unrelated cases resulted in a diversity of sentences and sentencing recommendations on Thursday afternoon in Crawford County Common Pleas Court. Three of the sentences mean prison time.
