The Planning Commission has scheduled a meeting for Monday, June 5th, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. to be held in Council Chambers of City Hall, located on the 2nd floor.
The City Planning Commission will review the following subjects:
- Discuss and consider two proposed amendments to the City Zoning Code:
- Amend Section 1175.02 to allow retail displays and merchandise as a permitted use in the public right of way within the Downtown Business District, with several stipulations.
- Amend Section 1175.03 to allow outdoor dining and alcohol sales as a conditional use in the public right of way within the Downtown Business District, with several stipulations.
In addition, other matters that may be submitted.
