BUCYRUSꟷA 911 open-line call led to the discovery of a gas leak on Monday.

At 12:07 p.m., Bucyrus Police received a 911 call from the 200 block of Ethel Street. While the officer was in the area, he discovered a natural gas leak. The Bucyrus Fire Department was requested at the scene.

9:24 a.m.-Officers retrieved soccer goals that had been moved from the Lane Street soccer fields.

9:45 a.m.-A parking complaint in the 1500 block of Bradbury Court was investigated.

9:49 a.m.-A Waterford Glen resident reported their unlocked vehicle entered sometime since Friday. He reported change, a radio and medication stolen.

11:12 a.m.-Officers assisted a person at the station to pick up some property.

11:56 a.m.-A West Mansfield Street resident reported garden tools and cultivator stolen from her back yard overnight.

12:38 p.m.-A report of possible child abuse was received and remains under investigation.

1:06 p.m.-A welfare check was made in the 500 block of Gay Street.

1:31 p.m.-A South Poplar Street resident reported jumper cables stolen from their unlocked vehicle.

1:49 p.m.-Officers investigated a report of a reckless driver in the 100 block of North Walnut Street.

2:10 p.m.-Officers stopped a vehicle carrying subjects who were wanted by Juvenile Court. One female was taken to Juvenile Court. The driver of the vehicle was cited.

2:13 p.m.-A report of a domestic dispute in the Waterford Glen area was investigated.

2:16 p.m.-A report of a domestic dispute in the Bucyrus Estates area was investigated.

2:39 p.m.-Two summons for property issues were served at the station.

2:58 p.m.- A vandalism report was taken in the 1000 block of North Sandusky Avenue.

3:36 p.m.- A theft report was taken from the 300 block of Arch Drive.

5:01 p.m.- Officers assisted a person experiencing mental problems.

8:31 p.m.- A 911 hang-up call was investigated in the 200 block of Whetstone Street.

9:07 p.m.- Dawn Bader was arrested in the area of Woodbine St. on charges of disorderly conduct. She was taken to the Crawford County Justice Center to be held until sober.

10:12 p.m.- A hit-skip accident was investigated in the 300 block of Lawn Avenue.

10:42 p.m.-Officers took a report of a missing juvenile in the 500 block of South Walnut Street.

10:51 p.m.-A report of a missing juvenile was made in the 400 block of Woodlawn Avenue.

11:01 p.m.- Officers investigated a disturbance in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street.

2:13 a.m.-Officers checked the area of 900 Harris Avenue for suspicious activity.

3:12 a.m.-Officers checked the 900 block of Marion Road for reported suspicious activity.

6:01 a.m.-Officers responded to a disturbance in the 200 block of West Mansfield Street.
