BUCYRUS — A two-vehicle crash in Bucyrus caused injuries to one person Monday afternoon.
A red Dodge Ram was traveling westbound on Hill Street with a couple inside when a woman driving a dark colored Hyundai Santa Fe exited a Bucyrus Community Hospital parking lot and was stuck by the truck.
The driver’s airbags in the truck deployed.
The passenger in the truck, the truck driver’s wife, was transported by Portsmouth Emergency Ambulance Service to the hospital for reported dizziness and general pain.
Neither driver was transported from the scene.
The female driver of the Santa Fe was cited for failure to yield – emerging from a private drive.
Both vehicles were towed from the scene as both were disabled in the crash.
The Bucyrus Fire and Police departments also responded to the scene.
