LEESVILLE― Local law enforcement descended on a residence at 6820 Leesville Road near Crestline on Tuesday afternoon at 4:51 p.m.
A search warrant was served at the home after several months of a drug trafficking investigation by the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office along with Metrich and the Crawford County Special Response Team that includes members of the Sheriff’s Office and the Bucyrus, Galion and Crestline Police Departments.
Wesley Jackson, 28, was arrested for trafficking in drugs and for an outstanding Crawford County warrant.
The investigation continues and the case will be reviewed by the Crawford County Prosecutor’s Office for possible additional charges.
