A car-truck collision Thursday afternoon in rural Richland County claimed the life of a 33-year-old Mansfield woman.
The Mansfield Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol said Yolanda Gargoza was killed when the vehicle she was operating did not stop at the intersection of state routes 96 and 545 in Franklin Township and was struck by a pick-up truck operated by 57-year-old Michael Cramer of New Washington.
Cramer did not require treatment for minor injuries.
There was a 10-year-old child in Gargoza’s vehicle who was taken to a Columbus hospital. Her injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
