A two-vehicle accident in New Washington left one person with injuries Thursday afternoon.
The accident occurred at the intersection of Monroe and West Main streets when a southbound pickup truck proceeded from the stop sign at Monroe Street and collided with a car that was traveling eastbound on West Main Street.
The driver of the car was transported to the hospital with minor injuries.
Names of those involved in the accident have not yet been released to the public.
