Bucyrus now has a new provider for office essentials. Jeff Booher has opened up a regional branch of Indoff Business Essentials in the new Warren Place, located at 121 West Warren St.

Booher is no stranger to running a business for office essentials. In the past, Booher ran Warehouse Office Products and Furniture in Bucyrus. In 2013 Booher sold the business to a company in Sandusky, Ohio.

In 2015, Booher left the company and they closed up the local office, allowing Booher to come back to Bucyrus to open another local store. This time Booher paired up with Indoff and became an independent branch owner. The sales and distribution office is located in Bucyrus in Warren Place.

Booher emphasized how much his company values being a local commercial, industrial, and home office supplier. However, although they are a local supplier, they are affiliated with national buying capabilities. This allows for a wider range of stock they can sell to clients.

Indoff provides customers with many office makeover products, including commercial interiors-flooring installation. Their main ability is providing furniture and furnishings for office space. They also sell promotional products such as pens and other trinkets to help companies advertise.

Indoff now has online ordering capabilities. They also offer free daily delivery, which provides a fast turnover rate for their customers.

Booher said that offering online ordering capabilities has caused Indoff to modify how they do sales.

“We’ve had to kind of tweak our business model to stay competitive with the onslaught of the e-commerce…I previously had a retail environment and that’s what people know me from when we had our retail store. But our industry has gone away from that to the point that it’s pretty much e-commerce,” Booher explained.

Although this switch to commercial transactions over the internet is taking off, Booher emphasizes that they do provide the opportunity for customers to purchase items for their own personal use.

“We do have the ability for people that have a personal need, they can call us and order items… for home office or just personal use. We do provide home delivery and we don’t charge for that either,” Booher said.

Booher and his staff at Indoff want the community to know that they value being local. Booher explains that the employees are local and they take pride in being able to service local customers.

“Our focal point is serving our local community… I call my customers friends… I’m a relationship sales person, so I build my business based on past relationships and I’ve been very blessed and fortunate that when I started back up recently that I’ve had a tremendous loyal following back to me. We’ve converted about 90% of our former business,” Booher described.

With the space within Warren Place, Booher is excited to see what is in store for Indoff Business Essentials. For more information about how Indoff can provide for your office needs, visit their website https://www.indoff.com/i/Partner/Jeff_Booher.
