The Ohio Department of Transportation announced upcoming and continuing projects in Crawford County.

New work includes a resurfacing project on Ohio 103 from Ohio 4 to the Huron County line. That section will be reduced to one lane of traffic, which will be maintained with flaggers. The project is expected to be completed October 2017.

Another new resurfacing project will take place on Ohio 602 just south of New Washington to the Ohio 103 junction. The road will be reduced to one lane of traffic and will be maintained with flaggers. That project is also expected to be completed October 2017.

Ohio 96, from Ohio 602 to the Richland County line, will have two lanes of traffic in each direction for a chip seal project. Traffic will be maintained by periodic flagging operations. The project is expected to be complete in October 2017.

Ohio 39, from Tiro Road to the Richland County line, will have potential lane closures as needed for a chip seal project. Traffic will be maintained by periodic flagging operations. The project is expected to be complete in June 2017.

ODOT announced that Ohio 598 near Henry Road is now open. The road was previously closed for a culvert replacement.
