OSU Extension Crawford County will be hosting a nutrient management field day for fertilizer application certification on September 6th from 1-4 pm. The program will be held at OSU Extension Unger Farm 1303 Bucyrus-Nevada Rd., Bucyrus, OH 44820. For more information visit www.crawford.osu.edu or call 419-562-8731 to make a reservation. As a reminder all producers who apply fertilizer to 50 or more acres per year including side dress nutrients to corn will need to be certified by September, 2017. This field day will be a great way to get that taken care of before a busy winter.
