MANSFIELD—The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force has released its latest Most Wanted list, featuring individuals sought by law enforcement agencies for various serious offenses. Authorities are calling on the public to assist in locating and apprehending these fugitives.
At the top of the list is Rafael Martinez Jr., a 38-year-old male with distinctive features. Standing at 5 feet 9 inches and weighing 189 pounds, Martinez has black hair and brown eyes. He is currently wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service, Richland County Sheriff’s Office, and Adult Parole Authority for violating his bond in connection to the original charges of trafficking in fentanyl and aggravated trafficking F1 and F2. Additionally, he has a parole violation stemming from the original charge of rape F1. Martinez is known to have ties to the Cleveland area.
Mitchell Fleming, a 56-year-old black male, is next on the list. Fleming stands at 5 feet 10 inches and weighs 200 pounds, with a bald head and brown eyes. He is wanted by the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for aggravated possession of drugs and for failing to register as a sex offender. Authorities believe Fleming frequents the Mansfield and Columbus areas.
Among those sought is 57-year-old Pamela Sauder, a white female standing 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighing 120 pounds. Sauder has brown hair and striking hazel eyes. She is wanted for drug possession and is believed to have ties to the Mansfield area.
Jhousha Stewart, a 33-year-old white male, is also featured on the Most Wanted list. Stewart is 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs 150 pounds, with brown hair and piercing blue eyes. He is wanted for possession of fentanyl and is known to frequent the Mansfield and Columbus regions.
The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force urges anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of these fugitives to come forward.
