Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force seeks public’s help to capture four fugitives including one from Crawford County

MANSFIELD, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the capture of four fugitives wanted on various charges, including aggravated burglary, weapons under disability, felonious assault, and drug trafficking.

Terrence Ison

Terrence Ison, 40, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Adult Parole Authority for a parole violation on the original charge of aggravated burglary and weapons under disability. Ison is described as a black male with black hair and blue eyes, standing 5 feet 11 inches tall. He has ties to the city of Mansfield.

Calvin Brooks

Calvin Brooks, 52, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for a probation violation on the original charge of aggravated burglary. Brooks is described as a black male with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 9 inches tall. He also has ties to Mansfield.

Zachary Simmons

Zachary Simmons, 31, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for a probation violation on the original charge of felonious assault. Simmons is described as a white male with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 6 feet 5 inches tall. Simmons has ties to Mansfield as well.

Quinness Howell

Quinness Howell, 19, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office for trafficking in drugs. Howell is described as a black male with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet, 8 inches tall. Howell also has ties to Mansfield.
