MANSFIELD, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the capture of four fugitives wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and local law enforcement agencies.
Shad Turner, 28, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Mansfield Police Department for failure to comply with an order or signal of a police officer. Turner is described as a black male with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 6 feet 4 inches tall. He has ties to Mansfield and Columbus.
Ashlea Roberts, 32, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for illegal conveyance. Roberts is described as a white female with red hair and green eyes, standing 5 feet, 1 inch tall. She has ties to Mansfield and Loudonville.
Zhaneshia Fance, 29, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for improper handling of a firearm. Fance is described as a black female with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 1 inch tall. She has ties to Mansfield.
Jose Flores, 45, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for rape. Flores is described as a Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet, 11 inches tall. He has ties to Mansfield, Bakersfield, CA, and Fernley, NV.
