
MANSFIELD, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering a reward for information leading to the capture of four fugitives wanted for various crimes.

Earl Whipple, 49, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for rape. Whipple, a white male with brown hair and hazel eyes, stands 5 feet 8 inches tall and has ties to Mansfield, Shelby, Ohio, and High Springs, Florida.

Mario Jester, 54, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Adult Parole Authority for a parole violation on the original charge of aggravated robbery. Jester, a black male with black hair and brown eyes, stands 5 feet 6 inches tall and has ties to Mansfield.

Quinness Howell, 19, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office for trafficking in drugs. Howell, a black male with black hair and brown eyes, stands 5 feet 8 inches tall and has ties to Mansfield.

Calvin Brooks, 52, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office on a probation violation on the original charge of aggravated burglary. Brooks, a black male with black hair and brown eyes, stands 5 feet 8 inches tall and has ties to Mansfield.
