MANSFIELD, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering rewards for information leading to the capture of four fugitives wanted for various crimes. The fugitives are Earl Whipple, Mario Jester, Nestor Salazar, and Devin Cramer.

Earl Whipple

Earl Whipple, 49, a white male with brown hair and hazel eyes, standing 5 feet 8 inches tall, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for rape. Whipple has ties to Mansfield, Shelby Ohio, and High Springs Florida.

Mario Jester

Mario Jester, 54, a black male with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 6 inches tall, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Adult Parole Authority for a parole violation on the original charge of aggravated robbery. Jester has ties to Mansfield.

Nestor Salazar

Nestor Salazar, 34, a Hispanic male with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 9 inches tall, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for illegal conveyance of drugs. Salazar has ties to Willard and Columbus.

Devin Cramer

Devin Cramer, 27, a white male with black hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 10 inches tall, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Adult Parole Authority on a parole violation on the original charge of aggravated burglary with firearm spec. Cramer has ties to Mansfield.
