MANSFIELD—The following are on this week’s Most Wanted list from the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.
Douglas Lindsay—43 years old,5 feet, 5 inches tall, 155 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Lindsay is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and Richland County Sheriff’s Office for illegal manufacturing of drugs F2. He has ties to the Mansfield area.
Seth Gardner—43 years old, 6 feet tall, 185 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. Gardner is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and Richland County Sheriff’s Office for a probation violation on the original charge of robbery F1. He has ties to the Mansfield area and Cape Girardeau, MO.
Richard Kiser—56 years old, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Kiser is wanted for failing to provide a change of address as a sex offender. He has ties to Mansfield, New Philadelphia, Conneaut, Bergholz, and Lawrenceburg, TN.
Derrick Taylor—44 years old, 6 feet, 2 inches tall, 245 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Taylor is wanted for felonious assault. He has ties to Mansfield and Ontario.
