MANSFIELD, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW) – The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is offering rewards for information leading to the capture of four fugitives.
Steve Earl, 36, a white male with brown hair and green eyes, standing 6 feet 3 inches tall, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Adult Parole Authority for a parole violation on an original charge of assault. Earl has ties to Mansfield.
Marquis Allen, 31, a black male with black hair and brown eyes, standing 6 feet 1 inch tall, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service for a supervised release violation on the original charge of dangerous drugs. Allen has ties to Greenwich, Ohio.
Trenton Schoenman, 23, a black male with brown hair and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 10 inches tall, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for a probation violation on the original charges of weapons under disability, receiving stolen property, and aggravated possession of drugs. Schoenman has ties to Mansfield and Wooster, Ohio.
Mark Morgan, 57, a black male with a bald head and brown eyes, standing 5 feet 9 inches tall, is wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for strangulation. Morgan has ties to Mansfield.
