MANSFIELD—The following are on this week’s Most Wanted list from the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.
Loni Scott—48 years old, 5-feet, 6-inches, 160 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes. Scott is wanted for a parole violation on a domestic violence charge. He has ties to the Mansfield and Ashland areas.
Richard Kiser—56 years old, 5-feet, 7-inches, 180 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Kiser is wanted for failing to provide a change of address as a sex offender. He has ties to Mansfield and the Hartford Alabama areas.
Ha Karius Taylor—30 years old, 5-feet, 10 inches, 168 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Taylor is wanted for an arson registration violation. He has ties to the Mansfield area.
Susan Cooper—46 years old, 5-feet, 5-inches, 260 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Cooper is wanted for aggravated trafficking in drugs. She has ties to the Mansfield area.
