MANSFIELD—The following are on this week’s Most Wanted list from the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.
Tamea Thomas—Black female, 30 years old, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 240 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Thomas is wanted by the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for Felonious Assault F2. She has ties to Mansfield.
Wesley Lambert—White male, 31 years old, 5 feet, 11 inches tall, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Lambert is wanted by the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for tampering with evidence F3. He has ties to Mansfield and Shelby.
Kellen Black—Black male, 27 years old, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, 120 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Black is wanted by the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for a probation violation for burglary F4 and wanted by Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s Office for a probation violation for a sex offense F3. He has ties to Mansfield and Cleveland
Richard Kiser—White male, 56 years old, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Kiser is wanted for failing to provide a change of address as a sex offender. He has ties to Mansfield, New Philadelphia, Conneaut, Bergholz, and Lawrenceburg, TN.
