MANSFIELD—The following are on this week’s Most Wanted list from the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.
Richard Kiser—56 years old, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Kiser is wanted for failing to provide a change of address as a sex offender. He has ties to Mansfield and the Hartford, Alabama, areas.
Jimmy Kepiro—37 years old, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 165 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes. Kepiro is wanted for aggravated possession of drugs. He has ties to the Mansfield area.
Andrea Lee Reil—33 years old, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, 200 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. Reil is wanted by the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for a parole violation on the original charge of burglary F3.
Nichole Meyers—46 years old, 5 feet, 6 inches tall, 250 pounds with blond hair and brown eyes. Meyers is wanted by the Richland County Sheriff’s Office for escape. She also has warrants out of ODRC, Huron County, and Morrow County.
