With the addition of new Superintendent Noreen Mullins, the Crestline Exempted Village School district looks to the future after a tumultuous summer having to replace the Elementary School Principal, the High School Principal, the Treasurer, Athletic Director, and the Superintendent position twice.
Mullins who was originally up for the position when Superintendent Dave Heflinger resigned is excited about taking the helm of superintendent for the first time saying, “I’m excited to be at Crestline and I think there is a lot opportunity for growth here, and I think we have all the right people on board right now that are going to make it a success.”
Prior to joining Crestline, Mullins comes from Fort Frye Schools in Beverly Ohio where she was Curriculum Director, as well as Special Education Director. Mullins went to the University of Toledo to attain her PHD in Educational Administration, followed by receiving her Superintendent K-12 License through Central Classroom.
During her free time Mullins enjoys boating on the lake and would like to go SCUBA diving in the future.
In her first priority as a Superintendent Mullins looks to improve the student achievement at Crestline schools, as well as make sure that the first year in the new building runs smoothly.
