BUCYRUS — Multiple individuals recently were arraigned on various charges in Crawford County Common Pleas Court.

Dallas P. Arnold, 25, of Galion was charged with a first-degree felony charge for aggravated robbery, punishable with as many as 11 years in prison. Arnold entered a not guilty plea and bond was set at $250,000. Attorney Joel Spitzer was appointed to represent him.
According to the allegations against Arnold, police officers were called to residence by his parents. When police arrived, Arnold had ordered a dog to watch the officers. A physical altercation ensued when Arnold reportedly tried to take the firearm from a police officer.

Lawrence D. Irwin, 45, of Crestline was charged with a second-degree felony charge for possession of drugs, punishable with as many as eight years in prison, two third-degree felony charges for tampering with evidence, each punishable with as many as three years in prison, one fifth-degree felony charge for possession of drugs, punishable with as much as one year in prison and multiple misdemeanor charges. Irwin received this indictment with an active case for a fifth-degree felony charge for theft, punishable with as much as one year in prison.
Irwin pleaded not guilty and bond was set at $250,000. Attorney Andrew Motter was appointed to represent him.

Andrew W. Dunn, 32, of Richwood was charged with one count of escape, a felony of the third degree punishable with up to 36 months in prison. A not guilty plea was entered. Bond was set at $100,000.00. Attorney Andrew Motter was appointed to represent him.
Dunn allegedly was the victim of an assault while detained at the Crawford County Justice Center. His jaw was reportedly broken, and he was granted a medical furlough for treatment. He did not return to the jail after he sought medical attention resulting in the escape charge.

Brian E. Sargent, 40, of Crestline was charged with one third-degree felony charge for domestic violence, punishable with as many as three years in prison, and one third-degree felony charge for having weapons under disability, punishable with as many as three years in prison. Sargent pleaded not guilty and bond was set at $200,000. Attorney Geoff Stoll was appointed to represent him.
According to allegations, police officers responded to a domestic violence case and Sargent was brandishing a firearm.

Andrew R. Callahan, 32, of Galion was charged with one third-degree felony charge for domestic violence, punishable with as many as three years in prison and one misdemeanor charge. Callahan pleaded not guilty and bond was set at $50,000. Attorney Sebastian Berger was appointed to represent Callahan.
Callahan allegedly punched his six-year-old daughter in the face. When officers arrived, they reportedly saw visible injuries on the child who told them her father punched her. The mother reportedly sided with Callahan.

Jody W. Dailey, 47, of Bucyrus was charged with a fourth-degree felony charge for improper use of a firearm in a motor vehicle, punishable with as many as 18 months in prison, and first-degree misdemeanor charge for aggravated menacing, punishable with as many as six months in jail. Daily pleaded not guilty and bond was continued at $25,000. Attorney Brad Starkey was appointed to represent Dailey.
Dailey allegedly had a 22-caliber Remington in his car.

Andrew H. Conner, 33, of Carey was charged with one second-degree felony charge for felonious assault, punishable with as many as eight years in prison. Conner pleaded not guilty and bond was set at $100,000. Attorney Adam Stone was appointed to represent Conner.
Connor is a co-defendant in a case involving the alleged assault of Andrew W. Dunn. Conner is accused assaulting Dunn resulting in a broken jaw.

Chadrick Beekman, 20, of Sycamore was charged with a second-degree felony charge for complicity to felonious assault, punishable by as many as eight years in prison. Beekman pleaded not guilty and bond was set at $100,000. Attorney Joel Spitzer was appointed to represent him.
Beekman allegedly lured Andrew Dunn into a cell where he was assaulted resulting in the broken jaw.

Walter A. Culp, 46, of Lima was charged with one third-degree felony charge for tampering with evidence, punishable with as many as three years in prison, and one minor misdemeanor for theft, punishable by a $150 fine. Culp pleaded not guilty and bond was set at $25,000. Attorney Grant Garverick was appointed to represent Culp.
Culp allegedly was in Galion Municipal Court when his wife took a probation officer’s phone and wallet. Money reportedly was taken from the wallet and the phone was later found in the street. Culp’s wife reportedly gave him the wallet and told him to get rid of it.

David Hendrickson, 52, of Bucyrus was charged with a third-degree felony charge for failure to comply, punishable with as many as three years in prison, and two fourth-degree felony charges for assault of a peace officer, each punishable with as many as 18 months in prison. Bond was raised from $50,000 to $100,000 based on Hendrickson’s reported extensive criminal background. Attorney Geoff Stoll was appointed to represent him.
Hendrickson allegedly was driving a golf cart while intoxicated. Police were called when he reportedly almost drove into a Burger King restaurant. When officers arrived, Hendrickson was fleeing on the road and nearly ran officers down with the golf cart.
