MORROW COUNTY — The Morrow County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a double homicide that occurred May 24, 2021, at approximately 4:25 a.m. In addition to the double homicide, there were also 2 other people injured in the shootings. Both shootings occurred in Harmony Township.
Names of the victims are not being released at this time; however, the victims of the double homicide are one male and one female. We will update as information becomes available.
According to the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office, Brian Lee was taken into custody Monday night in Columbus along with Nicole L. Kinder. Around 9 p.m., Lee was arrested after a vehicle pursuit that went for more than twenty miles. Lee jumped out of a vehicle and tried to flee on foot and was caught only a few blocks away in the area of Grasmere and Weldon avenues in Columbus.
