The driver of the car involved in a head-on crash with a dump truck Monday on Kile Road has died from his injuries.
Twenty-three-year-old Ethan Stevens was flown from the scene of the accident by LifeFlight to St. Vincent Hospital in Toledo where he died. Stevens was from Plymouth and returning from leave back to Camp Lejeune in North Carolina at the time of the accident.
Stephens was extricated from his car using the Jaws of Life. Stephens suffered multiple broken and crushed bones and internal injuries.
