Maurice Clarett, the Ohio State running back who went to prison on robbery charges, finds himself in trouble with the law again.

Clarett was arrested by the Ohio State Highway Patrol on Sunday afternoon on I-71 in Morrow County and charged with OVI. Clarett who refused both a field sobriety test and a blood alcohol test. Clarett is scheduled to be back in Morrow County on Thursday in Municipal Court to answer those charges.

Clarett was a featured speaker in March of 2014 in Crawford County detailing his personal battle with addiction.
