BUCYRUS, OH (CRAWFORD COUNTY NOW)—A two-county investigation has led to the arrest of a Marion man in connection with a series of thefts from motor vehicles in Crawford County.
Douglas W. Criswell, 41, of Marion, was arrested on August 29 by the Crawford County Sheriff’s Office, with assistance from the Marion County Sheriff’s Office. The arrest followed an investigation into five separate reports of vehicle break-ins that occurred on August 25. Items were reported stolen from vehicles throughout the county.
Criswell is being held at the Crawford County Justice Center. He faces charges of theft and misuse of a credit card.
